Service Description

Message or send audio or video clips to your coach. Receive responses no less than 1x per day, Monday-Friday between 7am-8pm CST. (Please ignore where it says "5 mins" - this is to avoid clogging my calendar!) If you purchase this item on a weekend, your subscription will begin Monday at 7am; If you purchase during the week, it will start the morning after your purchase in order to give you the full week. New clients must join a 15 minute live phone call prior to starting this service in order to cover the coaching contract.
